Philippine appointment businesses that already receive bookings or inquiries through Facebook Messenger — clinics, dental clinics, salons, spas, wellness centers, small resorts, and consult-based businesses.
How much does it cost?
The standard package is ₱15,000/month after the free 30-day trial, plus a ₱10,000 one-time activation fee for setup. The activation fee is non-refundable once setup begins.
What is the Founders Program?
For a small early cohort willing to trial now: first month free, no setup fee, then ₱10,000/month for life while the account stays active. Vince handles setup personally, so this stays limited.
Do patients need a new app?
No. Patients book inside Messenger. The clinic gets the organized workflow behind it: calendar, alerts, reminders, payment review, and follow-up.
Do you take a cut from payments?
No. Patients pay your clinic directly through your QR code or bank details. BookEasy does not sit between you and the payment.
How does setup work?
Vince maps your services, schedule rules, booking copy, calendar, payment steps, reminders, and team alerts with you. The trial starts only after the workflow is tested. During the first 30 days, BookEasy also helps audit your Facebook Page basics and prepare simple booking posts so we can learn what drives real Messenger inquiries.
