## Standard Package — ₱15,000/month

BookEasy standard package is ₱15,000/month after the free 30-day trial.

Included:
- Facebook Messenger booking workflow for your services
- Service selection, date selection, and available time handling
- Google Calendar sync
- Day-before appointment reminders via Messenger
- Telegram alerts for doctor, owner, manager, or reception team
- Cancellation and reschedule handling where enabled
- Payment proof review workflow for online consultations where enabled
- Doctor or owner Confirm/Decline step in Telegram for payment proof
- Google Meet calendar link support for online consultations where enabled
- Receipt and medical certificate workflows for clinics where enabled
- Basic partner page at bookeasy.ph/yourbusiness where applicable
- Founder-led setup and launch support
- First 30 days can include simple Facebook Page content prompts and ready-to-post captions that point customers back to Messenger booking

- No setup fee

## Payment Handling

BookEasy does not take a cut from patient or customer payments. For online consultations or prepaid appointments, the customer pays directly to the clinic or business QR code / bank details. BookEasy can help collect the payment proof screenshot and send it for review, but the doctor, owner, or clinic team still checks the actual account before confirming.

Custom pricing may apply for:
- Multi-branch operations
- More complex service menus
- Expanded document workflows
- Receipt archive requirements
- Branch performance reporting
- Additional partner pages
- Special reporting or handoff rules
